LIQ Tutors is Ethiopia's leading home tutoring platform connecting parents with vetted, qualified tutors. Data We Collect
Full name, phone number, city, neighborhood, location coordinates, school name, number of children, grade levels, preferred schedule, and booking history.
Full name, phone number, city, neighborhood, gender, education level, teaching experience, profile photo, national ID documents, degree transcripts, and session attendance records.
Telegram bot interactions, website page visits, device type, and feedback ratings. This data helps us improve our services.
How We Use Your Data
- Matching parents with the most suitable tutors based on location, grade, and preferences
- Sending booking confirmations, session reminders, and payment notifications via Telegram
- Verifying tutor qualifications and maintaining platform safety
- Generating session attendance reports for parents
- Improving our matching algorithm and platform experience
- Complying with Ethiopian tax and financial regulations
Account Deletion Request
To permanently delete your LIQ Tutors account, send an email to info@liqtutor.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.

Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. All active tutoring agreements will be terminated.

To delete specific data without removing your account, email info@liqtutor.com with subject line Data Deletion Request.

Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share limited data only as necessary to operate the platform — for example, sharing a parent's neighborhood with a matched tutor, or sharing a tutor's contact with a parent after assignment. We use Google Maps for location services and Cloudflare for file storage, both of which have their own privacy policies.
